The 110-Series headset, constructed in Fletcher, NC and backed by a 110-year warranty, is designed with no compromises in quality, durability, or finish. The zero stack uppers press into the head tube with minimal stack height, while the lowers are either zero stack or external cup. The aluminum dual seal crown race protects the lower bearings, which are made of sealed stainless steel.
The headset is compatible with tapered 1-1/8 to 1-1/2 steerer tubes, or straight 1-1/8 steerers with a conversion crown race (sold separately). The S.H.I.S. upper is ZS44, and the S.H.I.S. lower is EC44, with a 28.6 threadless stem clamp diameter.
The lower stack height is 12, and the upper stack height is 8. The carbon-friendly compression ring is captured in the top cover, keeping the shims in place, and the headset is Interlok spacer compatible. The 7075 T-6 aluminum cups are machined in Fletcher, NC, and the headset is backed by a 110-year warranty.
